The technology utilizes a semantic ontology-based approach to knowledge management and execution – rules and processes.

Professional Services Highlights:

  • Led the resurrection of a troubled project involving the development of an e-commerce infrastructure for Iraq. Key components included the creation and deployment of a business-to-everyone website and a call center.  These components became a part of the company’s international strategy.
  • Assisted Business Development personnel in the development and presentation of briefings, white papers, CONOPS, SOWs and proposals.
  • Worked with partners to create joint demonstrations.

Engineering Highlights:

  • Revised overall product direction and development plan for the company to leverage open-source components to accelerate the overall delivery schedule. This included multiple related product offerings – horizontal and vertical.

MindBox provides software and services to implement advanced technology solutions specifically involving the capture and automation of rules and policies. MindBox was sold to MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates, Ltd. (TSX:MDA) in January 2006.

Co-founder in the creation of MindBox and participant in its subsequent sale to MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates, Ltd. (TSX:MDA). Member of the Executive team, reporting to the CEO, with specific responsibility for large client implementation, sales capture of new clients, farming for additional business within existing clients and product management.

Professional Services Highlights:

  • Manage multiple project implementations (individual project revenues from $500,000 to $6,000,000). Grew directly managed client relationships by over 300%.

  • Set up soup to nuts technology infrastructure for multiple clients - helped position one clients' growth from a small, low volume lender to a top-10 lender.
