Assisted global quantitative research firm with full life-cycle of client relationship as part of a four-person research team on behalf of non-profit, government, corporate, and political clients.  The majority of the survey research is conducted in the United States but a significant portion is international.  The research team provides services including message development, product positioning, reputation tracking, copy testing, customer feedback research, market projections, visual testing, and audience segmentation.  

Involvement along the entire process includes the following: 

  • Development of new business proposals, including design of research tools, pricing, and sales copy
  • Drafting quantitative questionnaires, and qualitative interview protocols for clients and programmers
  • Overseeing fielding of quantitative surveys, including audience screeners, quotas and demographics
