My focal point has been qualitative research as it relies on the motivation behind various aspects of behavior. For almost a decade, I have investigated many different aspects of decision-making by air traffic controllers and pilots for NASA, FAA and EuroControl grant projects, exploring countless categories of facts as a basis for organizing and reporting results in various studies.
