Actor and Workshop Leader

Alter Ego Creative Solutions

 Touring secondary schools across the country, with a performance to teach young adults about child sexual exploitation. This was followed by a talk and workshop, interacting with audiences and answering any questions. The tour involved a high level of organisation, time keeping, team work and energy, and was hugely rewarding. Role: Workshop Leader(Nov 14-Sep 15) Aardvark Productions Delivering character based history workshops to aid primary school learning. Educating and engaging Key Stage 1&2.

Working as a self-employed actor on a variety of projects including feature films, music videos, workshops, corporate role play, theatre in education and touring theatre.

Card Payments Officer

Kent County Council

Preparing the new card product system to pay young children leaving foster care. My role included formatting spreadsheets and merging data into a usable system and communicating with the team to ensure procedures were clear and updated. I was responsible for recording payments, reimbursing the e-wallet, inputting payment information and blocking lost or stolen cards. Excellent customer service and liaising with the team were essential.

Processing payments for foster carers, calculating travel claims, raising invoices and handling queries. Strong numeracy and IT skills were essential to give a highly precise service, whilst managing time well was also key in hitting pay run deadlines. I remained organised and efficient under a heavy work load, able to balance phone queries and accurately input payment data into the system.

Zoo Presenter

ZSL Whipsnade Zoo

I worked the 2013 season within the UK's largest zoo, delivering animal talks to large audiences. This involved extensive research, preparation and excellent communication skills. I interacted well with visitors, adapting to varying audience ages and sizes, learning numerous new talks and facts as the season progressed.

I worked in this Australian Outback sanctuary taking reservations, answering queries and organising group bookings. I also maintained a high standard of customer service with the versatility to adapt to multiple roles.
