+ Responsible for communicating with passengers and crew during high-stress situations i.e. service irregularities, cancellations, lengthy delays, and emergency situations.
+Charged with providing translation services to passengers during interrogations with customs and border patrol officers.
+Responsible for catering to a range of clients, including business and top-tier customers at check-in, arrival and departure.
+Tasked with responding to customer service inquiries, promptly resolving issues and escalating problems to management when appropriate, assisting French, Italian, and Russian-speaking travelers.
+Required to perform operational tasks ,such as making relevant announcements in French and English regarding flight information, reading and interpreting time tables and travel itineraries, updating and ensuring the accuracy of electronic signage at the boarding gate, communicating with cabin crew and ground personnel to organize the boarding process, and ensuring passenger safety and security in all airport zones.
