People Management
Customer Service

A driven individual who enjoys variety in a role and strives to be successful in any task encountered. The skills that I have developed whilst climbing the career ladder in the hospitality industry are very much transferable and will benefit me in any role that involves building customer relationships or people management. I am eager to develop new skills and progress professionally, but developing personally is also very important to me.

One of my strongest attributes is that I adapt quickly to new environments/change with the ability to always remain positive. I learn quickly and have demonstrated this through the Operations Graduate Programme. My personality enables me to easily build a rapport with people and influence decisions. I have developed my skills in financial analysis, people management and commercial awareness through my current and previous role.
