Area of Expertise

Customer Service

After working in one of the largest restaurants in Stratford City Westfield I have learned how to deal with a variety of customers and how to resolve even the most difficult of situations.

From having a keen interest in technology from a young age I'm confident with many common interfaces as well as finding it incredibly easy to adapt to new ones with little training.

Being organised is key to my success as I like to plan ahead which pays dividends in my work, especially in fast paced environments.

’m a confident young man who’s always willing to learn and better himself. My involvement in sport has shown me how to work as and with a team in order to complete tasks with far more ease and efficiency. I try my best to seize every opportunity that will enable me to grow as a person and learn about myself and my potential. To me, maintaining a positive attitude is key to success, with my attitude being one of my most valuable qualities as it allows for me to strive for the best outcome at all times. I believe hard work always pays off so I preserve a constant focus and complete every task I begin to the best of my ability. I’m outgoing and not afraid to try new tasks even when they seem difficult or place me out of my comfort zone. I am good at both approaching and interacting with new faces when necessary. I recognise the importance of being on time in order to make things easier for myself. I hope to one day go to a top university once I have worked hard to secure good grades in sixth form.
