Web Developer / Web Editor

hibu UK Ltd (Yell)

Responsible for creating and executing digital content for the Learning and Development team in UK Division at hibu UK Ltd (Yell) along with other projects completed for the UK Marketing team.

Projects have included:
HRUK - designing and building the entire UK company intranet site with around 2500 pages of content, videos and courses. The site also has private areas for manager only content, multi user level settings, web feeds for industry news, audio and video, social area that includes blogs and social groups and an integrated events system being used with my custom built CMS and admin area. Average hits of 150,000 per month.

Next Steps - Web application for the UK sales force that calculates billing information based on products purchased and customer status. It then sends a copy of the information to the customer. To-date, delivered over 250,000 emails to customers.

Mail System - a template email system to send pre-designed emails to customers for booking appointments, marketing and customer service. Has around 50 email templates used by both the sales divisions and customer services and a tracker to see all emails sent and reporting suite. Around 180,000 emails have been generated and sent to customer using this tool.

Showcase - global system to 'showcase' the best examples of work for customers. Available to all Geos (UK, USA, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Peru). User management system with an admin system to upload examples and a reporting suite.

Videos - filming and production of a number of videos for internal use including product launches, company promotion YouTube videos and internal training videos.

Webinar Learning - Supported Trainers by launching online webinar training through the UK. This was used in conjunction with a custom built Events booking system that employee can book to attend online training.
