I launched this start-up with my business partner January 2016. We are a subscription box Texas and veteran roasted coffee business. We provide the coffee only from Texas based roasters or Veteran owned companies. A portion of our proceeds go to a Veteran organization of our choice every month.

As part of the companies(Clublocal) re-launch in LA, California I was contracted by the founders as a consultant to help with the launch. My responsibilities were to assure the smooth transition from transferring HQ operations from DFW to LA. I prepared the Director of Customer Service for the processes and procedures to be implemented. I developed the processes and procedures to streamline the business. Executed marketing plans and consulted in new directions and approaches.

Customer Service Supervisor/ Property Management Lead Project Manager

At ClubLocal a division of ReachLocal Online marketing company. I worked under the direction of the VP of operations as supervisor of Customer Service operations. I also lead as Project Manager of The property management extension of ClubLocal under the direction of the VP of account acquisition. I created procedure and execution of the extension of multi-family homes. ClubLocal is an E-commerce solution to home repairs allowing you to purchase anything from handymen to plumbers using an app or website, giving the consumer live availability to book an appointment.

As a win back agent I worked to re-establish relationships with previous customer that had cancelled service. We worked based off of a daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. We had a base salary with commission based off sales and marketing money we did not spend to gain our customers back. We gained our leads through lead sheets provided. Our main focus was to re-gain business and reestablish a subscription with the customer to include selling them new equipment.

I worked with the retail department for the Texas Rangers for 2 years in that time I worked my way from sales associate to a supervisor in 6 months. I worked there full-time and during games as well. I worked with many name brand  merchandising teams to set up the store and merchandise to be visually appealing to customers. I also kept track of inventory and ordered merchandise that was needed for each store.

U.S Army

As a Soldier in the US Army I served many duties and was honorably discharged at the end of my duty. My main duty was to serve as a Fire Support specialist. We specialized in using many ways of calling in artillery support, indirect fire and close air support for combat troops and served as a forward advance force. We are proficient is map reading, laser target detection, using guided and un-guided missiles to perform our duties. Calling in support with fixed and rotary aircraft. I also held a Secret U.S Security Clearance, to perform our duties. In addition to my duties I was also qualified as a Combat Life Saver. I was trained in advanced field trauma support to stabilize soldiers in the field during combat.
