Coder Academy & The Left Bank

Led change management process when previous GM left in Oct 2017. Staff attrition has dropped and turnover has increased by nearly 30% since I took over the running of the business. In March 2018 I was asked to take over the Digital Marketing Business, The Left Bank due to the strong performance of Coder Academy under my leadership.

Business development in the schools, university, corporate, government and not for profit sectors.  Networking and creating new business opportunities including multiple public schools, International Grammar School, Commonwealth Bank, Ernst and Young and Amazon. Developed, sold and running a new series of coding and maker space school holiday programs. Connecting teachers with key ESTEAM thoughtleaders including NSW Dept of Education Futures Learning Unit, CSIRO, Education Changemakers and Young Change Agents.
