  • Coordinate all stages of multiple translation projects to ensure on-time, accurate delivery; from initial enquiry, quotation, delivery schedule, liaise with internal and external resources and suppliers, budget and resource management, status reports, proofreading and revision, DTP, delivery to client, invoicing instructions, feedback post project
  • Monitoring and scheduling workload for team members
  • Oversea quality control & complaints
  • Troubleshooting, resolving issues that arise with translators, clients or in-house translators
  • Client satisfaction management, identifying new areas of benefit to client
  • Inductions for organization's staff, assessing productivity and quality of output, motivating staffs, time analysis, supporting other staff if workload dramatically increases and/or project priorities change
  • Assisting with business development and marketing
  • Reporting regularly to the management on current projects, potential leads, new enquiries and ideas for generating new business
  • Attend client meetings, conference calls, networking events and trade shows
  • Clients and translators database management
