Position: Account Assistant

Report to Account Manager.
Assist account executive in full set account Responsible for sales collection and production costs.
Handled daily data entries, income or sales reports, sales receipts and bank account transactions.
Coded payables or receivables, produced invoices and assisted in preparing monthly financial reports.
Performed various routine adjustments to company documentations, records and logs.
Double checked accounting reports, verified invoices and various documents for accuracy.
Prepared supporting documentation for auditing whenever customers or auditors required.
Handling the petty cash expenditure daily. Handling incoming calls for the department. Experiences in SAP system and MYOB Accounting system. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Prepare bank reconciliation Prepare cheque for supplier, staff and others
The reason why I want to quit from this job because, I want to find other experience in various type of industry. On other hand, I want to develop my skills and experience by involve in new industry and new environment. Currently, I'm still working at Yakult(m) sdn bhd, but I am looking for other job that can give me opportunity to enhance my skills and ability to the large scope of work. For your information my current basic salary here is Rm 2000. Certification
