As a diversity consultant I assist businesses manage their diversity workforce. Unhappy employees cost an organization more than low productivity, high turnover and absenteeism.   Discriminatory practices can result in expensive, long and sometimes public court battles.  I ensure that the benefits to companies are realized while the costs are minimized, through treating each person's needs with an equal amount of respect and attention.
