Designing of various bio pharmaceutical equipment such as Cross Flow filtration Systems, CIP/SIP Systems, Fermenters, Bioreactors & Process Vessels.

Preparation of Piping & instrumentation diagram, Bills of Material (for mechanical components) and Valve Matrix.

Preparation of process flow diagrams, interconnection piping diagrams from plant layout.

Execution (commissioning, qualification & validation) of Pre-FAT & FAT activities for Bioreactors (5, 25, 125, 750 & 4500L), Cross Flow filtration Systems(5, 10 & 15m2), CIP/SIP Systems & Process Vessels.
