About Safet Sarich

In 2013, Safet Sarich founded the Kenmore Group, LLC, a commercial real estate investment and management firm, in Chicago. The Kenmore Group provides both domestic and international clients with services ranging from portfolio & property management to market research and financial analysis. As a portfolio manager for the Kenmore Group, Safet Sarich manages a portfolio of six multifamily properties, while seeking additional acquisitions in other real estate classes.

Prior to founding the Kenmore Group, Safet Sarich gained experience within diverse regional and asset-class sectors of the real estate investment industry. While employed overseas as a portfolio manager, financial analyst, and project manager with the ICM Realty Group in Munich, Germany, he assisted in the management of ICM’s commercial real estate funds for the United States and Canada. This involved developing two new funds and conducting annual valuations for all of the firm’s portfolios. Prior to ICM, as an analyst and project coordinator for the Sitex Realty Group, an industrial real estate firm, Mr. Sarich devised financial models using Argus and Excel to assess the value of the firm’s current holdings and prospective investments in Chicago and the states of Illinois, New York, and New Jersey.

Safet Sarich earned an MBA with an emphasis in real estate management and international business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Winner of the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award from the Kellogg School, his extracurricular contributions to the institution include founding the Kellogg Environmental Leadership Club.
