Teaching, adults English as a second language. Previously taught in groups private tuition in London voluntarily, Pakistan 1-1 to children with a qualified teacher, voluntary lectures at university on Time Management. Applied for voluntary English Teaching with Talk English but work comittment would not allow time off.
Time Management prioritising work, deadlines, being in control, ability to say no, not a slave to work email, use a S.M.A.R.T formula to achieve goals.
Motivated, flexible, great listening skills plenty of patience and sincere people skills with all ages. I listen to my colleagues and patients and encourage input at all levels. I am told I am a much appreciated team player who is able to build strong rapports with others but also work independently prioritising my own workload. Good working relationships are encouraged and my interpersonal skills are strong, confident and professional.
I'm really enthused about getting into a more varied post where I can learn more and build upon my existing skills. Hard work and commitment has given me strong leadership and managerial experience in my previous post and I am really just looking to stay in an area I can gain much from, learn, specialise in, train, educate myself and others. I want to be part of a caring team that still puts people first. A team that serves to inform, educate and protect and believes in having good clinical practice and wants to improve on their quality of care.
