Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and judging various organizations to form joint ventures (JV)/partnerships/consortium for bidding various projects by meeting trade counselors of various foreign embassies e.g. Embassy of Germany, Turkey, Spain, Italy etc.
  • Preparation and formulation of memorandum of understanding between the joint venture partners and follow up with the same till the agreement is finalized between the consortium
  • Monitoring the tendering process/proposal documentation for qualification and tender submission of the firm
  • Tendering for both national and International projects e.g. India, Nepal, Africa etc.

Accomplishments:

  • Won our first ever Infrastructure project in India in the building sector (Project worth > £25m )
  • We were among the only two Infrastructure companies including Larsen and Toubro (L&T) in the world which got technically pre-qualified for the world’s largest statue project in India promoted by the honorable prime minister of the country. Our company was awarded a sub-contract from L&T (country’s biggest construction company)  for bronze cladding of the statue (Project worth > £75m )
