Sales Associate

Old Navy

I recently started working at Oldnavy, and it has been a great experience so far. I am a general employee. My duties are to work in the fitting room, straighten merchandise, and to work as a cashier. Working with the public is my favorite aspect of the job.

Sales Associate

In May 2010 I was initially hired as a cashier, but within a few months they began training me in every region of the store. This job helped me learn to multitask and manage stress because I was a full-time student and working at least thirty-five hours a week. It also helped me to further develop my communication skills.

This was my first job experience, and it taught me responsibility. I was responsible for the entire store on my shifts. I learned how to balance money and store objectives. On this job, I also became more familiar with a computer, and I overcame being shy.
