An accomplished business consultant and marketing specialist, Sabrina Villanueva manages all marketing initiatives and new business development for the Westin Building in Seattle. A recognized center for technological pioneering in the US, the Westin Building serves as the region’s primary facility for colocation, hosting, and interconnection. As the property’s Business Development Manager, Sabrina Villanueva has networked extensively with upper-level executives to negotiate lease agreements, marketing strategies, and business development opportunities since assuming her role in 2006. Prior to joining the staff at the Westin , Mrs. Villanueva functioned worked for the Consulting Division of Moss Adams, LLP, where she oversaw project coordination for the group’s consulting staff. Mrs. Villanueva has also utilized her keen business acumen in an entrepreneurial capacity. As the Founder and CEO of Asia Pacific Tours, LLC, Mrs. Villanueva provides translation, travel, and consulting services to individuals and local businesses interested in China. She has also led tour groups to China for travel, business, and research and educational programs.Concurrent with her professional career, Sabrina Villanueva pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. After graduating in 2004, she went on to study Business and Leadership at the City University of Seattle, where she obtained a Master of Business Administration in 2010. Throughout this period, Mrs. Villanueva also remained active in philanthropic causes, serving as Program Manager for the City University of Seattle’s nonprofit Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) program. She also founded a Chinese-language scholarship through her company, Asia Pacific Tours. Moreover, since 2009, Mrs. Villanueva has sat on the board of directors for the Hong Kong Association of Washington (HKAW), a nonprofit devoted to building corporate and nonprofit relationships between the US and China.
