Cheif Technical Officer/Customer Service Manager/Account Management
- Support customers in use of system and training, retention, accounting, & On-boarding.
- Setup of entire accounts and supporting material for use.
- Utilization of programs including MS Office, Photoshop, Canva, Screencast, & online conferencing. Comfortable with many CRM's and a nack for learning new software.
- Many duties associated with maintaining a startup, working remotely, bug reporting, high communication, instructing the team how to use new releases, and strong multi-tasking.
