Developed people strategy across US, Canada, and the United Kingdom for professional services firm in order to drive business performance. Coached mid-level supervisors through senior management in areas of employee relations, recruiting, employment law, workforce planning, and organizational development while acting as employee advocate & change agent. Supported all phases of human resources activity including onboarding, learning and development, retention, performance management, metrics and reporting, and exits/termination actions. - Business Partner for Sales, Technical Shared Services, Architecture, and Solutions Design & Development Teams: Partnered with business unit leaders to provide coaching and leadership in areas such as employee relations, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Implemented HR programs and solutions with an emphasis on talent and organizational development, underlying talent problem identification and recommended solutions, employee relations, and talent/skills enhancement.
- Revamped & managed company intern program, developing formal curriculum and on the job training, culminating in the hiring of multiple skilled entry level consultants.
