Mentor & Program Manager- (2009 to 2011) Provide continuous monitoring, guidance and mentoring for 90+ students, interfacing 1-on-1 in weekly meetings throughout 6-month academic terms to discuss educational challenges, develop strategies and assess overall progress towards goals. Taught a variety of courses in General Education, Criminal Justice, and Computer Science and Network, including A+ Computer Hardware Concepts; Advanced Troubleshooting; Computer Applications; Computer Crime; MS Windows Operating systems; MS Windows Server; MS Windows Infrastructure; Active Directory Services; Network +; and Strategies and Career Skills. Simultaneously served as Network Administrator and provided technical support for a Microsoft Server-based local area network(LAN) with 300+ users. Installed, configured, troubleshot and repaired servers and workstations while overseeing all Internet and Intranet access.
