Currently responsible for $3.8M P&L, including $2.7M Payroll/HR and $1.1M in the personal management of 800+ vendors. Experience classifying capital assets up to $5M.

Catapulted current employer’s average discounted customer revenue 71% within 2 years, with a 15% increase in total customer base projected for FY2012. Eliminated 7% of discounts to existing base in FY2011.

Reversed a 4% loss of customer base with 5.7% of incremental revenue through smart business development practices.

Maintains a rigorous vendor management schedule to successfully administer daily operations; currently sustaining business at $500K less than last fiscal year. Additionally responsible for client service and daily client communication. Switched billing vendors to increase collection for 30% of customer base and boosted cash flow up to $150K with no additional vendor cost.

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City

Evaluation of $1MM Bank Holding Companies and State Member Community Banks to ascertain Safety and Soundness.  Assisted completion of formal examination reports and work paper documentation based on analysis of Uniform Bank Performance Report (UBPR). 

Assisted Bank and Holding Company staff regarding regulatory guidelines and procedures to effectively evaluate key compliance issues. 

District-wide Training Program Project: Created a manual for all new examiner trainees which was incorporated in the regional Federal Reserve Banks of Denver, Omaha and Oklahoma City.
