Ryan Hobby Attorney

The managing attorney and co-proprietor of Hobby Law, PA, Ryan Hobby handles family law issues that range from domestic violence and divorce to child custody and timesharing. While working toward his juris doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law, he earned certification in LexisNexis computer-assisted legal research and completed training in Westlaw online legal research services. Ryan Hobby went on to serve in positions as a divorce and family law clerk with the Law Offices of Martha Parker and Martha J. Olson in San Jose, California; an assistant public defender with the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida; and an associate workers’ compensation defense and divorce/family law attorney with the Law Office of Edward T. LeFever in Ocala, Florida.

Currently based in Clermont, Florida, Mr. Hobby represents clients before circuit courts in six different Florida counties. He established his private practice with his law partner and wife in 2008. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys reading philosophy and history and spending time with his children.
