Raised the annual sales run rate for a new Worksite Long Term Care product in 3 sales distributions by $2MM in 2010.  Directed the development of new product features & marketing materials, training for financial services professionals, and operational enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.


Strategy Leader

Genworth (Formerly GE Financial Assurance)

Reporting to the VP of Strategy Implementation in 2009, aggressively led the launch of a new Annuity product in 8 months with estimated sales of $10MM, headed an online and print marketing campaign to raise awareness of the Pension Protection Act in 3 months, and implemented an online application tool for term life insurance that generated a cost savings of $760K annually in 6 months.

Led sales support activities for 26 wholesalers in a sales distribution totaling $65MM in 2008.  Initiatives included operational alignment, customer incentive campaigns, budgeting, reporting/analysis, and customer training.  Sales growth was 35% from 2005 to 2008.

Created and executed a systems migration plan to outsource the administration of a Medicare Supplement Business.  Cost savings were $5.2MM over 5 years (2003 to 2008).
