I worked as an SSR Specialist and was the lead technician for the Troy Operations Center decommission project. I was responsible for making sure the project was on time and that all procedures were followed. This was a task that required a lot of effort and determination. I worked with asset management to make sure all devices were accounted for and properly inventoried. I also performed installs, moves; change's & adds (IMAC activities). I worked with the Peregrine system to track and close client incidents and work orders. I have also worked with the SMS console and Net Meeting to provide remote assistance in software installs & reinstalls. I used the AT&T network dialer for support of remote VPN clients. I installed and setup the application for the clients and also worked from remote sites through the AT&T network dialer.
