  • Was one of a 7-member team to develop a comprehensive a Web based Teachers’ Technology Assessment  for Bethlehem Area School District.

  • Designed courseware materials to ensure timely delivery for current courses in accordance with Strayer University standards to be used in all Strayer University campuses and learning centers found in over 32 states in the USA and more than 15 countries around the world.
  • Created course materials including lectures, student discussions, quizzes and activities from text books as well as by working with Subject Matter Experts in a wide range of subjects including Business, Economics, Accounting, HR, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing and Education.

Online Collaboration Design Project Team

Training/Technical Assistance Centers (T/TAC)
  • Was one of a 5-member team of immersion group to design and develop a Virtual Collaboration Center (VCC) prototype with high level of functionality for the Virginia Department of Education's Training/Technical Assistance Centers (T/TAC) which serves children and youth with disabilities. The VCC enables T/TAC professionals in Northern Virginia to collaborate through instant meetings, have access to Training Development Tools  and Instructional Guidance in five major e-learning software, and be able to browse or submit exemplary models of online training in the Best Practices sections. As a team member, my contribution to the VCC included
    • Preparing instructional guidance and best practices instructional material by converting existing webshops and creating online materials using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio and Adobe Presenter;
    • Conducting surveys, analyzing the training tool needs of TTAC staff members and preparing a summary of needs and its significance to our focus group;
    • Leading a research effort to identify different approaches to using e-training tools and meeting Section 508 accessibility requirements; and
    • Working as quality controller, project coordinator and client liaison to oversee the smooth progress of the project in different phases. 
  • Was one of a 3-member team in an Innovation in Distance Learning course, and developed a Graphic Design for Novice E-learning Module which introduces four basic principles of design and presents collaborative activities with case studies and project site.
  • Developed multi-features website  that incorporates principles of web accessibility and user adaptability - in accordance with the Section 508 guidelines.
