Responsible for creating, implementing marketing and branding initiatives for a CBS affiliate in the nation's 15th largest broadcasting market. Shape daily topical marketing strategy with News Management and Research Director in an LPM market. Doubled ratings and revenue in a three year period, overtaking a 30 year legacy station as the top rated 11pm newscast. Launched research driven effective branding campaigns that increased viewer awareness and station notoriety. Assisted with creation and launch of station websites, digital sub channels and manage consistent branding on all platforms. Oversee completion of department's sales driven station initiatives.
Served as Regional Promotion Manager by overseeing day to day output of the Marketing Department at WTOL, the CBS affiliate in Toledo, Ohio. During my tenure WTOL had the number one newscast in every daypart.
