I have 10 years of experience evaluating and analysing marketing and sales strategies, focused  on improving sales. 

Likewise I have the responsability to review and improve, if necessary, the internal control enviroment particularly of the commercial and operative processes, involving financial analysis of the accounts that can be used in both processes.

  • Analysis and review sales strategies by region, identifying areas of opportunity and suggesting improvements.
