As President and owner of All in One Consulting, Inc., Russell Pettaway oversees all of the operations for the Carrollton, Virginia, consultancy. This firm offers leadership and solutions to companies with systems applications and products (SAP) program management, engineering management, and production planning. To learn more about Pettaway's company, log onto starting the firm, Russell Pettaway has received several honors. The Navy Surface and Undersea Warfare Center's technical directors wrote him a positive letter in recognition of his achievements on Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) development and the validation of 25 training client builds. In 2011, Pettaway obtained important contracts with the Office of Naval Research and the Navy's Enterprise Resource Planning Re-Compete Program. Before starting All in One Consulting, Russell Pettaway studied at Northrop Grumman's Newport News Apprentice School of Shipbuilding and coached college football there for nearly a decade. Subsequently, he enrolled at Thomas Nelson Community College, where he acquired an AS in Mechanical Technology. To complete his education, Pettaway enrolled at Saint Leo University and garnered a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.When not involved with his company, Russell Pettaway engages in philanthropic opportunities. He developed a power lifting organization that ran competitions such as King of the Beach and the Bench Press Classic that earned money for children in need. The Still Hope Foundation, another group sponsored by Pettaway, supports single mothers. Additionally, he promotes Live concert tours and National Basketball Association All Star Legend Games with retired players. During his spare time, Russell Pettaway relaxes by playing golf and attending Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Wizards games. Interested in sports, he also coaches his sons' Pop Warner Youth Football and Amateur Athletic Union Basketball teams.


Hobbies, Interests – Russell enjoys playing Golf, going to the NFL Pittsburgh Steelers Games, NBA Washington Wizard games. Coaching my boys Football and Basketball teams and watching my sons play pop warner Football (Smithfield Packer) and AAU Basketball (Gesus Ball Captain).



Charitable Activities – Russell Pettaway and Barry Moore had a powerlifting organization that promoted Powerlifting competition (King of Beach and Bench Press Classic) to raised money for homeless children. The money was used to take homeless children on field trip to Washington DC museums. Russell sponsors still hope foundation that provide support for single mother
