Compile and analyze financial information to Ensure proper bookkeeping, maintain accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports within given schedule and as per accounting standards. Managing and reconciliation of Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Managing petty cash transactions. Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before authorizing the entry. Maintain a close watch on all the accounts of branches , such as Assets, Expenses, Capital, Revenues and Liabilities. Record all daily and monthly entries correctly on a timely basis, e.g. Entertainment, electricity, telephone, repair, salary etc. Deal with all data received from all the branches before the end of the workday and also ensure that day & month closing have been executed. Reconcile inter branches transactions, generate daily report and submit it to the finance and accounting manager. Ensure all the financial documents are fully supported, approved and filled properly. Assist and coordinate senior management in computation and preparation of tax filling such as Tax at source, Withholding tax & Tax returns.
