Summary and 30-second Introduction

Excel at engineering and deploying customer IT solutions to achieve on-time, on-budget and on-spec project completions. Adept at articulating complex technical concepts to users of a variety of common operating systems, applications, and hardware.  Accomplished in managing server infrastructures and data-center operations from planning through installation and optimization.

As you can see from my resume, I have a fairly wide arc in my professional experience and education.  After leaving the United States Marine Corps, I worked my way through a number of positions while supporting the career choices of my wife and raising my two sons.  More recently, I have been pursuing higher education by completing an Associate’s Degree from South Piedmont Community College in Computer Information Technology and will complete my Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from Devry University in October.  I have also been very successful within the IT arena working for Digital Designs, Inc. in Charlotte, NC providing enterprise content management solutions and managing their internal network infrastructure and solution installations.  When I am not working, tending to family needs, or diligently learning something new, I also try to find time to enjoy video games with my son and have recently started the ground work on a novel that I am writing with my wife.
