  • Accomplishments - Worked with comptroller personnel at three sites to develop a method for automatically entering relevant daily material transactions into the Navy’s Standard Accounting and Reporting System.  Converted data from mainframe, legacy systems at two sites to assume their material accounting functions.

  • Accomplishments - Worked with squadron Training Officers to design a PC-based Simulator Scheduling/Activity Analysis & Reporting system to track asset utilization and provide timely readiness feedback to squadron Commanding Officers.  Developed a comprehensive, PC-based target construction program from simulator specifications, allowing instructors with little or no simulator experience to build well engineered, acoustically accurate targets.
