Ford Motor Co.

Managed the Infrastructure divestiture of Jaguar and Land Rover from Ford.Planned, Structured and Governed the transition of 600 global applications and 240 infrastructure components for the newly commissioned datacenters in United Kingdom.

  • Proposed, mapped and attained agreements on the commissioning of the new $70M datacenter in UK in five key stages.Accelerated and streamlined the initial agreed program approach by 20% by focusing on the long lead-time dependencies.
  • Defined infrastructure transition services within tight timeframe, divisional re-organizations and very challenging business conditions. Established a four party technical governance board to accelerate dispositions of agreed services.

  • Launched the Japanese OEM first, Build to Order online platform for multiple vehicle lines. New B2C sales channel resulted in incremental sales of 900 vehicles over nine months resulting in strategic tie in with the Zoom-Zoom marketing campaign.
  • Gained approval for $14M IT financial renewal program on SAP platform working directly with the CFO during very challenging business environment.
  • Managed multiple Ford and Mazda IT projects enabling robust data and information exchange between two product development organizations.Created the first bi-lingual center of excellence help desk supporting 300 engineers and improved customer satisfaction by 75% over two years.
