MY DUTIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO sorting invoices by date and credit terms. Checking invoices / requisitions for completeness including appropriate authorization. Obtain approval where necessary. Adept in preparing reports and correspondence relative to collections, status of accounts and payment records.
General Administrative Duties - Organizing work in order to meet time lines. For example, weekly payment runs, monthly billings, financial statements.
Maintaining required records and documentation.
Organizing, maintaining & updating Personnel Files & Documents of all staffs, keeping track of their visa statuses, processing their leave applications and allotting their vacation days as per company policy, prepare salary certificates and employment certificates upon approval from the Manager/Chairman.
Providing assistance to Payroll process & liaising with finance department. Forward leave settlements and final settlements.
