This support includes 2nd and 3rd level support for Cisco networking equipment including routers, switches, and wireless. I worked with Remedy Enterprise Support to receive and work trouble tickets. I was directly involved in a refresh project to rollout and replace all networking devices in corporate locations, warehouses, and retail stores that were out of support. I was involved in identifying devices on a per site schedule , providing as-built drawing, designing and drawing the new configuration and implementing the new configurations and equipment. I was also involved with the PCI Cardholder Encryption project, in which I was responsible for determining the proper IOS for the routers and switches. I also was responsible for upgrading the OS to the correct level. I ensured the the configurations were updated to the PCI standards and developed documentation to validate that standards were met. I was the administrator for Cisco Works configured in Master/Slave which monitors all equipment in the enterprise. I worked with Cisco Secure ACS (TACACS) to provide login security for users and devices. I was in on call rotation, once every five weeks, for problem tickets which included daytime and nighttime rotations.
