Business Analyst for Content Services
• Communicating with account managers and global brand clients to understand the content service needs of the client for upcoming campaigns and developments on the platform.
• Providing to the client documentation that outlines the use case for content created within the platform.
• Supporting the content services team during the development of platform content.
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service & final product(s) provided.
• Working within an Agile process.
