Objective

My aim as a healthcare professional in the field of nutrition would be to develop and manage an organization that would aim to educate a diverse population of patients in the health benefits of proper diet and nutrition. My goal is to provide nutritional intervention to patients in various disease states and to work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals in this process.

2000-2002 Completion of Honors Thesis: "Morphological Characterization of the Advanced Glycation End-product Formation of Type I Collagen"

Use of field emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and contact mode Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) to examining the morphological changes to glycated Type I Collagen.

Presentation and formal defence of work to thesis committee, other faculty, and students in fulfilment of Honors Thesis for Bachelors of Science with Honors degree.

Trained visiting students in the use of Scanning Electron Microscopy.
