Roy Koons Jr.

Certified Sommelier

Summary

For most of my working life I have been a customer service focused professional.
Whether in sales or as an executive with high customer expectations of our company, I have always had an outward focus.

This is ingrained in every approach I take with members, and it produces tangible results no matter the venue.
When customers are heard, and they understand that you will do everything within your power to meet their needs, they will shout your name from the rooftops for you!

Even with the price leveling power of the internet, people will pay more if they can count on good service, and that is the only thing that any company has going for them these days!  As a professional I understand that service trumps all other areas, because it truly is the only thing bringing customers in the door.

Objective

To pursue a career with an industry leader as a buyer, harnessing my passion for wine,  my love of people, and thirst for personal growth to realize a fulfilling career with a dynamic and growing company. To fully utilize my skills in purchasing, customer service, management and sales to produce results that are tangible and endure.
