While interning with Deb, I got the chance to partake in a display at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, building a livingroom around a piece of art. I also got to select finishes for real estate agents and houses they were selling, render new floor plans, assemble protfolios, and work the floor at "Home Shows" at convention centers.
I worked at this Sports Bar and Entertainment Center in Madison as a Server and Assistant Manager. I took care of the Scheduling, hiring, firing, and training of the waitstaff.
I worked out of this family owned Upholstery center helping guests select fabrics for their projects, and also checked in all of the shipping and receiving items.
I assisted guests with the selection and purchasing of new home furnishings and accessories.
I was a Color Consultant, and did many in home consultations, and worked in the store as a Sales Associate, and expert color matcher for paints and stains.
I started as a Cashier at Menard's, and worked my way through Customer Service, and 6 of the 7 departments, landing in Mill-work where I sold appliances, furniture, and Designed Kitchens using the 2020 Design Program.
I assisted guests with the selection of many flooring types, including, but not limited to wood flooring, laminate, carpet, and vinyl flooring.
