Responsible for Communication strategies for the Sviluppo Italia Group.Management of a group of 61 people. Planning and implementation of strategic communication programs in the following areas: media relations - national and international - brand marketing and brand management (brand strategies and corporate identity program, corporate design, brand positioning, visioning plans etc….), events, sponsorships, editing, multimedia products, change management, image polls, climate and customer satisfaction surveys. Responsible for the Sviluppo Italia Group Web Agency and Customer Relationship Management. Planning and implementation of the crisis managing system of the Group and responsible for the crisis management program and the crisis committee.Responsible to set-up Italiaevolution SpA the company created to develop specific projects for the XX Olympic Games in Italy. Organizational structure, business plan, management of the “Olympic Team” and implementation of the main Communications projects: Olympic Games Advertising, the four major entertainment events of the Olympic Flame (Rome -sport and entertainment events, Naples - music event, Milan - fashion event); the Olympic Corporate Identity - “The Look of the Game” -, Spectator Services. Planning and managing 130 millions euro Budget.
