Ross Chanin is an Internet entrepreneur. At present, Ross is Director of Analysis and Planning at ReputationDefender, a pioneering online privacy and reputation management firm he co-founded in 2006.Alongside his work at ReputationDefender, Ross Chanin sits on the Board of Directors of the Campaign for a National Majority. He is also a Fellow at the Truman National Security Project and the founder of the American Constitution Society’s Bay Area Networking and Development (ACS BAND). Ross Chanin's professional background includes time as a speechwriter, researcher and editor for John Kerry for President, and he received a New York City Urban Fellowship and a Coro Fellowship in 2004. Ross Chanin has also been a Presidential Fellow and Research Analyst at the Center for the Study of the Presidency. Ross Chanin is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and received his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
