Daily client operational contact to maintain excellent relationships with a portfolio of fund investment managers.
Query, problem and error resolution on a timely basis.
Providing daily, weekly and monthly reporting to international clients throughout the industry.
Maintain monthly capital activity tracking report and distribute reports to client on a periodic basis.
Communicated and liaised with various investment managers and departments in the US on a daily basis to ensure the company maintained a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship managers and other business units based in America.
Other general requirements of my job included:
Monitoring of daily escrow account activity.
Preparing wire instructions for money movement for fund subscriptions and redemptions.
Completing and documenting AML procedures for all investor subscriptions.
Processing and compiling investor subscription and redemption requests by applying appropriate notification and minimum requirements as set forth in the fund legal documents.
Providing the accounting department with monthly reporting for investor capital.
