Directs operations of assigned programs through program supervisors by offering direction, coordination, and evaluating the programs against pre-established benchmarks. Oversees financial and resources management in assigned programs by allocating appropriate resources to ensure optimum utilization. Recommends changes to programs to improve services while adhering to the mission, vision and values of the agency. Develops and implements measures that ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting bodies. Manages four to six subordinate supervisors who supervise various employees in the Residential programs. Conducts periodic meetings with all program supervisors and evaluates the performance of these supervisors annually. Oversees Human Resources practices including recruitment, orientation and training of residential employees. Attends and participates in different agency committees, such as Incident Review Committee, New Client In-take Committee etc. Attends and facilitates internal and external senior management meetings and forums as assigned. Participates in and directs the implementation of all individual habilitation plans for the individuals served that addresses medical, behavioral and social needs of the people served.

Maintained contractual obligations with various funding sources. Liaised with the case managers from the department of developmental disabilities and the bureau of guardianship to ensure that programs maintained the required licensing standards. Oversaw Human Resources practices within the programs including recruitment orientation, training, performance evaluation etc. Directed program financial and resources management. Developed and ensured compliance with state and accrediting bodies. Reviewed and audited operational, medical and behavioral reports for each program as a guidance for allocation of resources and continuous monitoring for compliance. Liaised with hospitals, nursing homes, Medicaid/Medicare offices and the department of housing to ensure prompt services for the people served.
