- Follow state policy and procedure to ensure the physical safety of each child.
- Counsel teenaged boys living with issues of homelessness, parent incarceration, foster care, substance abuse, gang violence, criminal activity, poverty, sexual abuse, truancy, etc. to ensure the emotional health of each cadet.
