Currently supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager in driving awareness and sales of The University of Manchester's Events Program.
Set up a Social media advertising strategy and implementation focused on Facebook and Twitter platforms to drive awareness and allow potential visitors to book directly from social media improving the customer purchase journey and thus increasing sales by 22% once social media had been actively delivered for 5 weeks.
Educated the events department on innovative social media practices through delivering a "lunch and learn" program which educated any marketing colleagues on Instagram best practices and other topics of interest in a fun and engaging way.
