Previous successes in visual merchandising at the store level resulted in promotion to newly created position as Visual Merchandising and Marketing Coordinator tasked with managing communications between head office and stores across Canada, developing plan-o-grams, organizing photo shoots, creating company-wide visual directives and leading visual set-ups with store openings.

  • Collaborated with Visual Merchandising Manager to develop creative POP, participating in brainstorming sessions on window concepts, in-store promotions and in-store VM plans.
  • Created compelling monthly visual directives for changeovers and in-store initiatives, working with Buying, Operations and Marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Played a key role in developing concepts for quarterly photo shoots, collaborating with buyers, graphic designer and Visual Merchandising Manager that were used for all in-store, window POP and website across Canada.
