From his student days at Cornell University to his current post as Senior Scientific Advisor at Casework Genetics LLC, Dr. Ronald Sosnowski has demonstrated how dedication and hard work can truly spell success in one’s professional career. With 25 years of solid experience in biotechnology and biotech start-ups, Dr. Sosnowski has been a highly-capable scientist who has much potential in him to create breakthroughs in the world of biochemistry. With his work mainly focused on the analysis of genetic variants for molecular diagnostics, Ronald Sosnowski has made good use of his impressive Doctorate degree from a private research university that has consistently been ranked among the world’s top such universities throughout its history. Joining 37 Nobel Laureates who have attended the Johns Hopkins University as undergraduate and graduate students and faculty members, Ronald Soskowski has also been creating his own name as a research scientist of impeccable credentials. With his expertise spanning pathogenic microbe identification to DNA forensic studies in human identification, Ronald Sosnowski has displayed his numerous remarkable skills. While completing his post-doctoral studies at the Johns Hopkins Medical School, Ronald Sosnowski was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Associate and a Fellow at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institute’s Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. Joining the start-up team of Nanogen, Inc., Ronald Sosnowski had held various highly responsible positions: as Senior Research Scientist; and as Senior Director of Molecular Biology and Research. Amazingly, Ronald Sosnowski has received two NanoGrants from Nanogen for his remarkable contributions outside the field: one for Marketing in 1998; another for Sales in 2002.
