�Oversaw five professionals dedicated to automating various processes including test scripts and data

creation via HP Quick Test Professional; coordinated other automation efforts with teams companywide.

Conceived and delivered a process to track external users of the application test environment and provide

users with notice of scheduled downtime and required IP changes.
