Senior IT/QA Analyst


�Oversaw five professionals dedicated to automating various processes including test scripts and data

creation via HP Quick Test Professional; coordinated other automation efforts with teams companywide.

Conceived and delivered a process to track external users of the application test environment and provide

users with notice of scheduled downtime and required IP changes.

Streamlined test data request process by improving recognized shortcomings and meeting with the

fulfillment organization to identify areas for procedural upgrades.

Managed test data creation for various departments, overseeing three staff members dedicated to

automating the data creation process and implementing a “front door” to handle requests and obtain input.

Planned and directed certification of test environments, driving test script automation, maintaining logs and

documentation, and tracking all issues impacting certification; produced daily status reports to multiple

departments during execution phase and facilitated resolution of defects.

Synchronized specialized data requests for testers, notifying testers of submission deadlines, compiling and

tracking test data requests, verifying receipt/approval of data, and resolving client questions/issues.

Drove implementation of required configuration changes to production mirror environment; performed
